Is This Program Right For You?
We need to be upfront about who this program IS for and who it is NOT for.
This program IS for you if:
- You experience bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, low energy or fluctuating moods, but have been told there's 'nothing clinically wrong' with you (even though there clearly is!)
- Your gut symptoms impact your daily life
- You are ready to seek the support of an experienced Dietitian with a specialty in the area
- You are sick of dabbling in and out of the low FODMAP diet, or gluten/dairy free restrictions
If so, then the Good Gut Program is definitely for you!
This program is NOT for you if:
- You have an eating disorder
- You are looking for treatment for a specific medical condition such as Crohn's Disease, Kidney Disease etc...
- You have blood in your stools
- You are not ready to make diet and lifestyle changes
- You don't want to look at the 'big picture'
- You want a quick fix
- You are looking for a diagnosis. I do not diagnose medical conditions, I help to manage symptoms (which can mask a real issue if you haven't been to a Doctor. Dietetic advice does not replace the need to seek medical advice.)
